How to buy USDT in Chile with pesos to use at a casino
USDT is the most convenient coin for playing: it is worth one dollar and cheap to send. Here are the two routes to buy it with pesos and what to check before sending it to the casino.
USDT, also called Tether, is a cryptocurrency whose value follows the US dollar. For playing at a Chile crypto casino it is the most practical choice: your balance does not move with the market while you play and almost every cashier accepts it. Buying it with pesos takes little time once your account is verified.
Before you buy: three decisions
- How much you will play this month. Buy that amount and nothing more. Spare crypto one click from the casino is the fastest way to blow a budget.
- Which casino you will deposit at. Open its cashier and note which networks it accepts for USDT. That list decides where it makes sense to buy.
- Exchange or P2P. The exchange is simpler; P2P often has a better price and more payment methods.
Route 1: buy on an exchange that trades with pesos
Create and verify the account
Register with email and password, turn on two-factor authentication and upload your ID card (both sides) plus a selfie. Verification is mandatory for trading with pesos and it protects the account: nobody can withdraw in your name without passing it.
Transfer pesos
The exchange shows you its bank account details. Transfer from an account in your own name, whether CuentaRUT, a sight account, Mach, Tenpo or a current account. If you transfer from someone else’s account, the exchange will normally return the money or block the deposit.
Buy USDT
In the USDT/CLP market choose buy, enter the amount in pesos and confirm. Some exchanges have a quick buy at a fixed price and a market buy with an order book. Quick buy is more convenient; the market buy usually works out slightly cheaper.
Before buying, check on the exchange’s coin list that USDT is available for withdrawal and on which networks. If the exchange sells USDT but only sends it on a network your casino does not accept, it is no use for that casino.
Route 2: buy on Binance P2P
On P2P you buy from another person with the platform as intermediary: the seller locks their USDT, you transfer pesos to them and, once they confirm payment, the platform hands the USDT to you.

- 2Pay only by the method the order names, from an account in your own name. Mark "paid" after transferring, never before.
The procedure in short:
- On P2P choose Buy, coin USDT, fiat CLP.
- Filter by the payment method you will use.
- Choose a verified seller with many orders and a high completion rate.
- Open the order, enter the amount and read the seller’s conditions.
- Transfer from an account in your own name exactly the order amount.
- Mark Paid after transferring, not before.
- Wait for the release. If it does not come, open an appeal inside the order.

Which network to send USDT to the casino on
Buying is half the job; the other half is sending it on the right network.
- TRC-20 (Tron): the most accepted by cashiers and low fee. Addresses start with T.
- BEP-20 (BNB Chain): very low fee, accepted by many cashiers. Addresses with 0x.
- ERC-20 (Ethereum): almost always accepted, but the fee is high and variable. Addresses also with 0x.
- Solana, Polygon, TON: cheap, but not every cashier has them.
The rule never changes: open the casino cashier first, see which network it offers and choose that network on the exchange. The full comparison is in networks and fees.
- 1PesosTransfer from CuentaRUT, Mach, Tenpo or a current account.
- 2ExchangeBuda.com, CryptoMKT, Orionx or Binance P2P: buy USDT or BTC.
- 3NetworkSend on the network the casino cashier shows: TRC-20, BEP-20, Lightning.
- 4CasinoPlay with the crypto balance. First, a test deposit.
- 5WithdrawalRequest the withdrawal to your exchange address, on the same network.
- 6Pesos againSell on the exchange and transfer to your bank.
What buying and sending USDT costs
The total cost has three parts:
- Price difference. What you pay above the dollar value. Compare the USDT/CLP price with the day’s dollar rate.
- Buying fee. On order-book exchanges a small percentage; on quick buy it is usually built into the price.
- Sending fee. Fixed per network and shown on the withdrawal screen before you confirm.
For small deposits the sending fee weighs more. That is why it pays to send your budget in one go rather than in ten small amounts.
Mistakes when buying USDT
- Buying on an exchange that does not send on the casino’s network. Check beforehand, not afterwards.
- Transferring pesos from a relative’s account. Exchanges and P2P sellers reject it.
- Marking paid on P2P without having transferred. It can cost you the account.
- Leaving the whole year’s budget on the exchange. Buy the month’s amount.
